J'étais venue chercher un colis au relais colis juste à l'heure. Tout le monde était encore là mais on n'a refuse pas a donner mon colis car c'est l'heure de débauche .

Réception d'un colis fragile en apparence sans casse (colis abimé) après vérification rapide en présence du chauffeur qui bien entendu est pressé. Au cours du montage, pièce cassée et après coup appel du transporteur celui-ci s'en lave les mains. J'ai payé un transport à 70€. La personne n'a même pas daigné prendre ma réclamation. Une honte ne même pas reconnaître ses erreurs : marche sur les colis, pose d'autre colis par dessus.....
